Shipping Policy

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.

We offering economy, ground, 2-day & international shipping on all of our products. Shipping prices differ based on the size/weight of the order & the shipping location.
Our orders are handle by 3rd-party printers and all orders ship from Detroit, MI. so shipping costs vary and depend on a few key factors:

  • Whether you ship Standard Ground, Economy (Default), or 2 Day
  • Where the order is shipping to and from
  • The packaging used to ship each part of the order

Economy (Default)

Economy method is the most cost-effective form of ground shipping. It is best used with customers who aren’t in rush to get their products delivered. Transit time averages 2-8 business days. **Economy transit times are not guaranteed & may increase during the Winter Holiday season.**

Ground

Our ground shipping option is UPS Ground — transit time depends on proximity to Detroit, MI.
**As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, UPS Ground transit estimates are not guaranteed.**

Two-Day

When selecting 2-day shipping, your package will be delivered within two days after production is complete.
Orders shipped with 2-Day shipping cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

International

Ship time ranges from 1-4 weeks depending on proximity to Detroit, MI & the destination country’s policies related to international shipments in the wake of COVID-19. Due to the rapidly changing international shipping landscape as related to COVID-19, international transit times may be extended.

We ship worldwide, with the exception of the following countries: Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, & Sudan. We also provide full door-to-door tracking updates for 32 countries (including the US).

Full tracking is provided for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, German, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, & Switzerland.

For any countries not listed above, tracking stops once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. For these countries, we do not receive additional tracking updates, therefore we are not liable once they have been transferred to the international carrier.

Here’s how you can see an estimated shipping price before placing your order:

  1. Add the desired product(s) to your cart.
  2. In your cart, the shipping cost will be estimated based on your shipping location and shipping method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from rbcustomapparel.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use OSM or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
