Received a defective, damaged, or wrong item?
Reach out to our support team by filling out the form above and emailing pictures showing the issue within 30 days of the shipment being delivered for a replacement of that item. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Email picture with order number to customerservice@rbcustomapparel.com
If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase we will not be able to offer you a replacement item.
Once pictures of your item(s) issue are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your reshipment. Then, we will send you an email to notify you that a reshipment has been processed and the replacement is on its way.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting our support team.
