Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase we will not be able to offer you a replacement item or refund.

If you would like to cancel an item within 12 hours of purchase, please contact us via email and we will cancel it 100% free of charge. Please note that we cannot guarantee a return for even if you email us within that time frame. If your order has already been processed, you will need to follow our standard return procedure.

If you would like to return an item after that period, you will need to follow the instruction on the REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE SUPPORT page.

Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

For ALL return orders, processed after 12 hours of purchase, customers will need to pay a return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

customerservice@rbcustomapparel.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below. You MUST follow process below or we will not be able to process your refund.

*Within 15 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
*We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
*If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.
*Returns that are approved, you will be not have to pay for any return shipping fees and will get a 100% money back refund. All you have to do is simply send the item back to our return address that will be provided to you and once we receive the item, you will receive a 100% refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
